By placing an order with BBGL Fit, You agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. All products, pricing, and availability are listed below.
1. User Agreement
You must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions before ordering from BBGL Fit. By placing an order, You agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Acceptance of Terms
This is a binding agreement between You, the person or entity agreeing to these terms ("I", "You", "Your" or "Customer"), and Bulk GL Wellness LLC (doing business as BBGL Fit), the owner and administrator of this Website ("Our", "Us", or "Company"). These Terms govern Your use of and access to this Website and all of its sub-pages. By using, visiting, or browsing the Website, as well as placing an order through the Website, You accept these Terms of Use without limitation. If You do not agree to be bound by these Terms, You should exit the Website immediately. By accessing, using, or ordering products through the Website, You affirm that You have read this Agreement and understand, agree, and consent to all Terms contained herein. You further agree not to use or access the Website if doing so would violate the laws of Your state, province, or country.
3. Credit Card Descriptor
By ordering products from us, You authorize us to charge Your credit card accordingly. The descriptor that appears on Your credit card statement will appear as bbglfit.com. If You have any questions regarding Your credit card statement, please contact our customer service department.
4. Delivery Cost
Shipments are tracked and the tracking number is sent by email as soon as Your order is shipped. Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days and delivered to Your address. Free tracked shipping is available on orders over $75.
5. Refund Policy
We refund all cases of fraud and unauthorized transactions, including shipping and handling charges. Customers are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. Both opened and unopened products are eligible for return, provided the item is in its original condition. Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per product ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the product, as delivered to You, is defective. We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in our judgment, requests refunds in bad faith. To process Your refund, You must supply us with Your name and delivery address. Once a refund has been approved, please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on Your credit card statement, depending on Your bank's processing times.
6. Return Policy
To obtain Your refund, contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package and send the product back to our fulfillment center within 30 days from receipt of the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund issued. Once our fulfillment center receives and verifies the package, You will be issued a refund.
7. Shipping Terms
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent on Saturdays, Sundays, or any holidays. BBGL Fit does not guarantee specific arrival dates or times and does not refund or credit delivery or processing charges for delayed shipments.
8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranty
The materials and products contained and offered on the Website are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, BBGL Fit disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall BBGL Fit or its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to this Agreement, the products, or the Customer's use of the Website. You agree that BBGL Fit's entire liability for all claims shall be limited to the lesser of (i) USD $500.00, or (ii) the total amount You paid to BBGL Fit in the one month period immediately preceding the incident.
9. Product Care
Our sporting goods are crafted from quality, performance-grade materials. Bottles and hydration bladders should be rinsed after each use and washed with mild soap weekly. Weighted vests feature removable, machine-washable covers; wash on cold and air dry. Foam rollers and training gloves can be wiped down with a damp cloth. Inspect gear regularly and replace any item that becomes worn or damaged. Always follow the care instructions included with your order.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting. A changed "last updated" date indicates that this document has been updated, and the updated version supersedes any prior versions immediately upon posting. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
